Job summary

Glenwood Dentistry seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supportedDentists, helping gain financial commitments and educate patients on treatment options. You will support case acceptance, keep schedules productive, and ensure a Perfect Patient Experience across the patient journey.

You will become proficient with the PDS system, overcome objections, and participate in daily huddles while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to obtain financial commitment from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options.
• Overcome patient objections and support case acceptance.
• Keep Dentist schedules productive and ensure PPE.
• Support Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
