• Experience with patient records, scheduling, and billing workflows.

• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dental office operations, scheduling, and patient records.
• Handle accounts receivable, billing and releasing claims in dental software.
• Verify cost estimates, prepare treatment plans, and obtain prior authorizations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Open/close reception, greet patients, and manage recalls and appointments.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize appointment flow and reduce wait times.
