Job summary

Westminster Modern Dentistry seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, educate patients on treatment choices, and push for timely case acceptance. You will leverage financial options to secure commitments and support each consult with a patient-centered, educational approach.

As an HC, you will handoff to clinicians, support daily huddles, and ensure the office delivers a comprehensive care model while maintaining patient privacy and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred coursework or training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and help obtain financial commitment.
• Assist clinicians with exams and coordinate HC handoffs.
• Explain financial options to support case acceptance.
• Maintain PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL) through consultative care.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
