Job summary

The Woodlands Modern Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator (HC) to partner with supported Dentists to help patients commit to the best course of treatment with urgency.

You will educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and guide them through available financing while keeping the Dentist’s schedules productive and supporting a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel might be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure a financial commitment from patients to start treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and overcome objections.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in making informed decisions.
• Execute the HC handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
• Subject matter expert on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
