Dental Depot is seeking a Financial Coordinator to discuss treatment plans and costs with patients and guardians, explain insurance responsibilities, and manage third-party billing such as CareCredit. You will review records for correct CDT coding and coordinate with administrative and clinical staff.

• Knowledge of CDT codes and dental billing procedures.
• Experience with third-party billing and insurance coordination.
• Strong communication with patients and guardians.

Responsabilités

• Discuss doctor-proposed treatment plans and associated costs with patients and guardians.
• Review dental records for proper CDT coding and billing accuracy.
• Post and review general dentistry payments and procedures.
• Balance day sheets and close the office as required.
• Monitor patient accounts and arrange firm financial plans.
• Assist with Medicaid pre-authorizations and care credit processing.
