PDS Health seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, educate patients on treatment options, and secure timely financial commitments. This role supports the Perfect Patient Experience and ensures insurance pre-authorizations when needed.

The HC will advocate for patients, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stay aligned with brand standards while contributing to a productive office culture.

Responsabilités

• Partner with supported Dentists to secure financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Overcome common patient objections to start treatment.
• Assist patients in making best decisions for their wants and needs.
• Ensure insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Support PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL).
• Be a SME on available financial options for patients.
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor; comply with policies.
