Job summary

Ballard Modern Dentistry is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. You will partner with Dentists to secure patient financial commitments and guide treatment decisions with urgency, while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).

You’ll gain proficiency in the PDS system, educate patients on options, overcome objections, and coordinate insurance pre-authorizations to keep schedules productive in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from patients to start the dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing for their patient.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and options and overcome objections.
• Support office schedules and maintain PPE/PFL through consultative patient care.
