PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and help patients commit to the recommended treatment plan with urgency. You will educate patients on options, overcome objections, and ensure a Perfect Patient Experience while supporting Patients for Life.

The role involves proficiency in financial options, coordinating with clinicians on exams, and maintaining strong confidentiality and office processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required between offices.
• Preferred: coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsabilités

• Partner with supported Dentists to gain financial commitments from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options.
• Overcome patient objections and support a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Support daily huddles and team meetings; understand business imperatives.
