PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator in Victorville, CA to partner with dentists and help patients start optimal treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and secure financial commitments while maintaining a Positive Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel between offices.
• Preferred background in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsabilités

• Partner with supported Dentists to secure patient financial commitment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Proactively keep Dentist schedules productive.
• Actively participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on available financial options.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
