Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure patient financial commitment to start treatment.
• Explain treatment options and overcome patient objections.
• Support the Dentist’s schedules and maintain PPE and PFL.
• Become proficient in the PDS system and tools to assist patients in making informed decisions.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed before treatment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
