Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Knowledge of dental financing and insurance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support dentists to secure financial commitments from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment options and streamline case acceptance.
• Proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients.
• Execute the HC handoff in partnership with clinicians on every exam patient.
• Be a subject matter expert on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
