Job summary

PDS Health in California is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help patients commit to the best treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on options, address objections, and guide them toward decisions that fit their budgets.

You will learn the PDS system, support PPE and PFL initiatives, participate in daily huddles and team meetings, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with financial options to support case acceptance.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Support PPE and PFL initiatives through consultative patient care.
• Partner with clinicians to ensure efficient exams and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
