Job summary

Capitol Hill Dental Group is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists to help patients commit to the recommended treatment with urgency. You will explain treatment options and financial choices to support case acceptance.

Responsibilities include mastering the PDS system, obtaining insurance pre-authorizations, and ensuring the office demonstrates the Comprehensive Care Model while supporting PPE and creating Patients for Life.

• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications and patient insurances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to gain financial commitment from patients.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options.
• Overcome patient objections and keep schedules productive.
• Support PPE and create Patients for Life.
• Execute HC handoff with clinicians on each exam.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Ensure the office demonstrates the Comprehensive Care Model.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics.
• Maintain professional appearance and policy compliance.
