Stone Oak Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists and help secure financial commitments for treatments, educating patients on options, and ensuring a PPE-focused patient experience. You will support case acceptance, leverage dental insurance and financing, and keep clinics productive.

The HC will handle HC handoffs, explain payment options, and maintain a high level of professional appearance while complying with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to travel between offices.
• Experience with dental insurance and patient financing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and financing.
