Westminster Modern Dentistry is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, help patients understand financial options, and drive case acceptance with urgency. The role supports consultative patient care and a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) while maintaining productive schedules.

The HC will educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, secure pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Ability to educate patients on treatment options and overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start recommended dentistry.
• Proficient in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision-making.
• Executes HC handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
