Job summary

PDS Health in Apple Valley is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and move patients toward decisive treatment by explaining financing options and addressing objections. You will support PPE and PFL initiatives, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and maintain productive schedules while upholding company standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, travel between offices, and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.

Qualifications

• Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry diagnosed by the dentist.
• Explain financing options to support case acceptance and overcome objections.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and keep Dentist schedules productive.
• Assist with insurance pre-authorizations for patients who need them.
• Maintain PPE and PFL standards and demonstrate strong professional conduct.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings and support company policies.
