As a trusted advisor, you will support the dentist’s schedule, obtain preauthorizations, overcome objections, and ensure a Perfect Patient Experience. Travel between offices may be required while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices.
• Gains financial commitment from patients to start dentistry diagnosed by the Dentist.
• Achieves proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in making the best decisions.
• Executes the HC handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
• Subject matter expert on all available financial options to give patients choices.
• Overcomes common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtains insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Ensures the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participates in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Understands business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics and results.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to policy and confidentiality.
• Complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
