Desort is seeking a Dental Business Development Representative who can work remotely with a flexible schedule and a 100% commission-based compensation plan. You will identify dental practices, perform outbound outreach, and convert prospects into clients while managing a sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates have sales or business development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training and recruiting team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact dental practices with potential hiring needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Connect with dental practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.
• Present Desort's recruitment services and explain the value of partnering with our team.
• Follow up with prospects and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Convert prospects into new clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
