Job summary

Desort is a nationwide recruitment firm seeking a Dental Business Development Representative to build relationships with dental practices and introduce them to recruitment services. This remote, flexible role offers 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

You will identify prospects, conduct outbound outreach, and present Desort's services to decision-makers, transforming opportunities into clients while maintaining a structured sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact dental practices with potential hiring needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
