Desort is seeking a Dental Business Development Representative who will identify and engage dental practices, presenting Desort's recruitment services and converting prospects into clients. This remote role offers a flexible schedule and 100% commission-based earnings.

You will conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers, build relationships, and manage a sales pipeline without a guaranteed base salary. Prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact dental practices with potential hiring needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Connect with dental practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.
• Present Desort's recruitment services and explain the value of partnering with our team.
• Follow up with prospects and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Convert prospects into new clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
