Desort is seeking a Dental Business Development Representative to drive new business relationships with dental practices and introduce them to our recruitment services. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and 100% commission-based earnings.

You will identify practice hiring needs, conduct outbound outreach, and connect with decision-makers to present Desort's recruitment solutions. A hunter mentality, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact dental practices with potential hiring needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Connect with dental practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.
• Present Desort's recruitment services and explain the value of partnering with our team.
• Follow up with prospects and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Convert prospects into new clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
