Plymouth Meeting Family Dental, supported by Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant for a full-time role. You will greet patients, review health histories, take and process x-rays, and provide chairside support during a wide range of procedures.

You’ll use Dentrix for scheduling, maintain infection control per OSHA/CDC guidelines, and manage supplies to keep the patient experience smooth and efficient.

Qualificações

• Need dental procedures/terminology knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
