Comfort Dental Group | Plymouth is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in a fast-paced Plymouth, MI clinic. You will prepare patients, take and develop X-rays, maintain sterile workflows, schedule and process payments, and assist with administrative tasks. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/X-ray certifications, and at least 1 year of dental assisting experience. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification and X-ray certification preferred.
• 1 year dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental treatments and ensure comfort.
• Assist dentist during procedures and handle instruments.
• Take and develop X-rays as directed.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records; process payments and insurance claims.
• Maintain sterilization protocols and equipment maintenance.
