Gavilan Peak Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. You will greet patients, review health histories, take x-rays, and provide four-handed chairside support.

Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management while maintaining a clean, safe treatment room. Minimum qualifications include dental assisting certification and/or x-ray certification; experience in a fast-paced setting and strong communication skills are preferred.

Competenze

• Must-have: dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is required.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome patients and educate throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (e.g., iTero 3D scanner).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
