Qualifications

• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment preferred.
• HIPAA training and data safety responsibilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients at start of their dental journey.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic images (e.g., iTero 3D scans).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Maintain sterile treatment rooms per safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize office workflow.
