Heartland Dental LLC and Dental Care at Foxbank are seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll greet patients and support clinicians to ensure a smooth, comfortable visit from start to finish.

You’ll take and process X-rays, assist four-handedly, maintain sterile rooms, and manage supplies with Dentrix. We emphasize safety, HIPAA training, and a collaborative, growth‑minded office culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and educate them during treatment.
• Review health histories for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols.
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
