Family Dental Care of Rogers, part of Heartland Dental LLC, is seeking aDental Assistant to support patient care and clinical workflows. You will greet patients, assist with procedures, manage imaging, and maintain rooms according to OSHA/CDC guidelines.

Ideal candidates have dental procedures knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to navigate Dentrix. This on-site role offers growth within a nationwide dental network and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients and ensure comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to inform quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic imaging (iTero 3D, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize workflow.
