Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant for Duvall Family Dental in Duvall, WA. You’ll greet patients, review medical histories, and provide chairside support using four-handed dentistry. You will take X-rays, operate iTero 3D scanning, and help with imaging, while maintaining safety and PHI protections.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centric dental office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with patient privacy protections (HIPAA) and PHI handling.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and prepare them for treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and digital images using iTero 3D scanner and digital photography.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Manage scheduling and patient records in Dentrix.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with team to implement Heartland Dental systems.
