You will greet patients, review health histories, take X-rays, and provide four-handed chairside support to dentists while maintaining strict safety and HIPAA standards.

The role emphasizes Dentrix usage, inventory management, and collaboration to optimize office workflow within a long-standing network that values growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification per state requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI data safeguards required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the start of their dental journey and educate during treatment.
• Review patient health history to plan quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols per OSHA & CDC.
