Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant to join ForwardDental – Hales North in Hales, WI. You will greet patients, review health histories, and provide education throughout treatment while supporting clinicians with chairside assistance using state-of-the-art technology.

The role emphasizes accurate x-ray/digital imaging, strict adherence to safety protocols, and proactive supply management. A fast-paced, patient-centric environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (as required).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate during treatment.
• Review patient health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (e.g., iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a wide range of procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room with safety protocols per OSHA & CDC.
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Partner with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.
