Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
• Current dental assistant and X-ray certifications as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and maintain comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (e.g., iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms with OSHA/CDC safety protocols and manage inventory.
