Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (Dentrix integration).
• Provide chair-side assistance during procedures.
• Maintain safety protocols per OSHA and CDC guidance.
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to improve workflow within the office.
