Job summary

Ideal Dental in Wisconsin is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You’ll assist with a wide range of procedures, take dental x-rays, prepare and clean operatories, and help manage patient flow throughout visits.

You’ll uphold infection control standards, educate patients on oral hygiene, document treatment plans, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding guest care. A current RDA license and CPR certification are required; travel to DeNovo offices may be

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with accuracy to support diagnosis.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and smooth handoffs during visits.
• Ensure infection control and instrument sterilization.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations as needed.
• Assist with charting and documentation, support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team for exceptional care.
