Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support a growing patient-centered team. You will assist with a wide range of procedures, capture X-rays, prepare treatment rooms, and help manage patient flow to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every guest.

Join a clinician-led group dedicated to high-quality care, infection control, and comprehensive services under one roof. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required as the network expands.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 6–12 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice; travel may be required for new offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth workflow.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures, keeping a clean and efficient workspace.
• Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for dental appliances.
• Perform digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
