Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support a dynamic clinical team and deliver patient-centered care. You will assist a range of procedures, capture X-rays, and help maintain a clean, organized operatory environment while fostering positive patient experiences.

Active RDA license and CPR certification are required, with 6–12 months of RDA experience. Some travel to new offices may be necessary as the group expands.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license in good standing with CPR certification.
• 6–12 months of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• Willingness to travel to DeNovo offices if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and keep patients comfortable.
• Take dental X-rays and support treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and smooth handoffs during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Record impressions, bite registrations, and digital scans as needed.
• Chart existing and recommended treatments in patient records.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
