Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients, ensuring comfort and efficiency across procedures. You will be trained with the tools and resources to grow within a fast-growing practice.

Responsibilities include taking X-rays, assisting dentists, and educating patients on oral care. Travel may be required for newly acquired DeNovo offices; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure, maintaining cleanliness.
• Manage patient flow by assisting in transitions throughout visits.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
