Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing, clinician-led group focused on patient-centered care. You will support a wide range of procedures, operate iTero scans, and help ensure infection control and patient comfort in a dynamic practice.

The role emphasizes accurate charting, patient education, and collaboration with the dental team to deliver exceptional care. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth treatment flow.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures, maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage patient flow and assist in patient transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and maintaining safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for dental appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate data.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation for doctors.
