Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing practice focused on patient-centered care and innovation. You will support clinicians with a wide range of procedures, take X-rays and digital scans, and help manage patient flow while maintaining rigorous infection control standards.

You will work closely with the office team to deliver excellent patient experiences and support the growth of our network of practices across North America.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice; travel may be required for new acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring comfort during procedures.
• Take dental X-rays and assist with digital scans as needed.
• Prepare and break down operatories; maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and transitions throughout visits.
• Assist Dentists with various procedures and charting.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization of instruments and rooms.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare.
