Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing network. You will assist with a wide range of procedures, take x-rays, manage operatories, and help ensure infection control while delivering outstanding patient care.

You will work with iTero scanners, educate patients on oral hygiene, and collaborate with the full practice team to create beautiful smiles. An active RDA license and CPR certification are required; travel to DeNovo offices may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions throughout visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take accurate impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans and support diagnostic data.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional care.
