Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a clinician-led, patient-centered team. You will assist with diverse procedures, perform X-rays, manage operatories, and support doctors in planning and documentation while maintaining high infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth flow.
• Take dental X-rays with precision for diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs and transitions.
• Ensure infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for custom appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostics.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation for treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
