Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join its fast-growing team in Texas. You will assist with a wide range of dental procedures, take X-rays, and maintain patient comfort and safety while supporting the doctors. You will prepare operatories, manage patient flow, and ensure infection control standards are upheld.

Qualified candidates have an Active RDA license in Texas, CPR certification, and 6–12 months of RDA experience. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license for Texas.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• Willingness to travel for DeNovo offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
