Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You’ll support clinicians with x-rays, impressions, charting, and patient preparation, while maintaining a clean, efficient operatory.

Active RDA license and current CPR are required, plus 6–12 months of dental experience. DeNovo offices may require travel. We offer a monthly bonus potential, medical and dental benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• 6–12 months of experience as an RDA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dental procedures and patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and charting during visits.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Assist with impressions and bite registrations.
• iTero scanner training and usage.
• Charting and documentation of treatments.
