Job summary

Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing practice focused on delivering outstanding patient care. You will work with clinicians to perform dental procedures, capture X-rays, and help manage patient flow in a collaborative team environment.

We require an active RDA license and CPR certification, with 6 months to 1 year of experience. Travel to new DeNovo offices may be necessary as the group expands across North America.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile.
• Take dental X-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team.
