Van Buren Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team, supported by Heartland Dental. You’ll greet patients, review health history, and assist with procedures while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with Dentrix for scheduling and records, support a collaborative team, and contribute to an environment prioritizing patient care and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification if required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and ensure comfort throughout treatment.
• Review health history to support quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance to supported dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
