Job summary

Halls Crossroads Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll greet patients, review health history, take x-rays, and assist dentists with a range of procedures.

You’ll work with Dentrix for scheduling and records, follow OSHA and CDC safety protocols, manage supplies, and help improve office workflow while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, patient-centric environments.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate during treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
