Cherry Creek Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. As part of Heartland Dental, you will support clinicians with four-handed dentistry, take x-rays, manage patient records in Dentrix, and help ensure a positive patient experience.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, health history review, and adherence to safety protocols and HIPAA requirements in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Potential state-required dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and data safeguards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, ensuring comfort and education.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Schedule and maintain records using Dentrix.
