Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for Neibauer - Culpeper. You will greet patients, review health histories, and perform x-ray and diagnostic procedures while providing four-handed chairside assistance to supported dentists.

Use Dentrix for scheduling and records, and maintain sterile, compliant treatment rooms per OSHA and CDC guidelines. Manage supplies and coordinate with the team to improve office workflow.

Qualifications

• HIPAA training and data safeguards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients throughout treatment journey.
• Review health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment room following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supply and inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize office workflow.
