Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Westerville, OH is seeking a Dental Assistant to support daily patient care in a private practice setting. The role offers a comp package with a wage range of $21-25/hr, 401(k) with match, and PTO/ holidays.

Schedule includes mon, wed, thu shifts with early start times and lunch breaks, plus responsibilities like radiographs, sterilization, and patient relationship building. Prior experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

General Overview

Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a privately owned practice where you can help patients every day? Do you love to create a smooth environment that puts the patient first? If so we would LOVE to talk to you!

What we’ll offer you:

• A compensation package, with a range of $21-25hr, based on experience
• 401(k) plan with a match
• PTO and holidays

Schedule:

• Monday: 6:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
• Wednesday: 7:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
• Thursday: 8:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Chairside assisting, and dental terminology
