Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Dental Assistant for a privately owned practice focused on patient-first care. You’ll assist the doctor, prep treatment rooms, and maintain a smooth workflow.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, 32–36 hours weekly (4 days, no weekends), generous PTO and holidays, plus medical, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Denticon experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED.
• State-required certifications (e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA).

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and seat them in the treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in patient care.
• Monitor lab materials and maintain back-office workflows.

Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski, DDS is growing, and we would love you to join our team! We are a fast paced office that strives to provide our patients with the very best customer service, and patient care. As a team we work to build strong relationships and facilitate a fun and cohesive work environment.

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time employee working 32-36 hours a week. You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

The office is open from Monday - Thursday from 8-5 PM and Fridays from 7-2 PM.

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant is required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA),etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon,is preferred.
