Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join a privately owned practice that puts patients first. The role offers $22–$28 per hour, with bonus opportunities and a 401(k) plan, plus PTO, holidays and comprehensive medical/vision/life insurance. Schedule is 4 days per week with no weekends, transitioning in Oct 2026.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Maintain OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms.
• Take, expose, and mount dental radiographs.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.

General Overview

Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:15pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:15pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:15pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 5:15pm
• Friday: OFF

*The schedule will transition from M-Th to T-F Oct 2026*

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred
• New graduate assistants are welcome to apply!
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon, is preferred.
